How website inquiries are handled.
Effective and last updated: August 10, 2026.
Information Submitted
The contact form collects the information entered: name, email, telephone or WhatsApp, country, matter type, message, and any relevant date or time constraint. Testimonial submissions also collect the testimonial, selected public attribution, and publication consent.
Why Information Is Collected
Inquiry information is used to review the matter, respond, identify possible next steps, and maintain an internal record. Testimonial information is used to review and, when selected by the firm, publish the submission.
Your Choice
Providing information through the forms is voluntary. Required fields are needed so the office can review and respond to an inquiry or process a testimonial. If they are not provided, the form cannot be submitted.
Who Receives the Information
Information is received by Meir Liberman Law. It may be processed by website-hosting, submission-record and email service providers used to operate the website, preserve private records, notify the office and respond. These providers process information only to support those functions. Information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Testimonials
Testimonials are submitted privately for review. By submitting a testimonial, the sender consents to its possible publication using the selected attribution. Meir Liberman Law may edit it for length, clarity, privacy, or professional obligations, and may decline or later remove it.
What Happens to Your Inquiry
Information submitted through the form is kept privately and used to review and respond to your inquiry. Records are reviewed periodically and retained while needed to evaluate or respond, perform conflict checks, maintain appropriate professional or business records, or comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable. Please provide only a brief description. Do not send confidential or sensitive details or documents unless the office asks for them after checking for conflicts.
Your Information
You may ask to review or correct personal information held about you. Send privacy questions and requests directly to meir@meirlibermanlaw.com. Please identify the request as a privacy matter.
Analytics and Cookies
The website uses essential browser storage to remember campaign information connected with an inquiry. With your permission, it also uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, legal-guide and article activity, form starts and successful submissions, contact-method clicks, and blog-search activity. The words entered into blog search, inquiry contents, and contact details are not sent to Google Analytics. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you choose “Allow analytics,” and that choice can be changed through “Analytics choices” in the footer. The website does not use advertising cookies. Essential technical data may also be processed by the hosting service to deliver and protect the website. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after written confirmation.
Responsible Office
Meir Liberman Law is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. The office can be contacted at meir@meirlibermanlaw.com or through the contact page.
